Operational Effectiveness Manager - Contact Center Shared Servic

This individual will manage and lead a team supporting continuous improvement for U.S. Bank's contact and call centers. They will act on input provided by customer experience surveys, initiate effective quality improvement programs and offer relevant site support services. Ideal candidates will have prior knowledge regarding best practice contact and call center service in order to succeed at this role. They will be managing and building a team that is quality and metric driven to exceed customer expectations.


**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- 10 or more years of operations experience working for highly regarded corporate organizations

- Five or more years of supervisory/management experience

**Preferred Skills/Experience**

- Superior knowledge of contact and call center functions, systems, policies and procedures for large financial service operations

- In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations

- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills

- Well-developed customer relations skills

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Microsoft Office user proficient especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel (intermediate-advanced)
