Life Events Team Generalist

Provides a high level of customer service by responding to telephone or e-mail inquiries, requests, and concerns. Researches and resolves life events which may include those worked by carious business lines throughout the bank. Has a thorough knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations, systems and procedures. Acts as a liaison between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to resolve customer's life event issues.

Basic Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Two to three years of customer service or related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Good knowledge of products, services, rates, terms, fees, applicable regulations and systems and procedures

- Professional communication skills, written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult customer calls

- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

- Must be able to organize cases and priorities in an ever-changing environment

- Ability to adapt as the team develops new processes
